Meet Teresa

Teresa Gallaher began her real estate career in 1991 in Alaska, but her background is in finance management. She worked at Citibank for several years and also owned her own mortgage company where she originated and funded mortgage loans. When she moved to Washington she decided to relicense and sell real estate again, all while continuing to run her mortgage company. For the last 12 years she has focused exclusively on real estate.

Teresa stays current on the housing market and inventory supply, as well as the school districts, job availability and neighborhood growth around the Eastside. It’s important to her to provide a well-rounded perspective on the areas she represents, including Redmond, Sammamish, Bellevue, Kirkland, Bothell and Issaquah. She has recently been working with some of the major builders in the area to represent the newer neighborhoods. She also has her finger on the pulse of new listings coming on the market, and often has leads and information about new inventory before it is advertised on the open market.

Communicating clearly with her clients and making sure they’re matched perfectly with their homes is Teresa’s main objective. She loves the thrill of the hunt to find just the right home for her clients.

In her free time, Teresa enjoys travel, golf, basketball and spending time in Lake Chelan during the summer.

Bellevue

Bellevue is the third largest city in the Seattle metro area, and it’s the hub of the Eastside, but it’s close to the Cascade mountains for hiking, mountain biking, and, in the winter, skiing and snowboarding. Locals also take advantage of Lake Washington for boating, kayaking or watching the sun set over Seattle and the Olympics to the west. Bellevue’s thriving downtown offers five-star dining, a world-class art museum, and some of the best shopping in the Northwest. The entrepreneurial spirit of the city and its highly educated work force make it a natural home for tech start-ups as well as global corporations. Our schools are rated among the best in the nation. This means even residents without children enjoy healthy property values. And there is a home here for everyone. Townhouses and condos downtown, luxury waterfront properties on the Lake, and areas with a more neighborhood feel are all available in our robust real estate market.
